If you are interested in registering for before and after school care with WCAS, please fill out our form to add your child to one of our ten centre's waitlists. If you are interested in attending more than one of our centres, you will need to fill out one form per centre and we will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.

If you are adding a child to our sibling list, please include the name of your older child who is already registered in one of our programs. If you are adding your child to our internal transfer list, please include the centre where they are coming from in the subject box.

Please note that only children who have completed Kindergarten will be eligible to register and attend our summer camp as per the BC Child Care Licensing regulations for School Aged Care on School grounds care type. If your child does not meet these requirements and you request to have them placed on our Summer Care waitlist, they will not be added.

We will  send you a confirmation email and check in with you once a year to see if you are still interested in remaining on our waitlist. Please ensure that you add admin@wcass.com to your "safe sender" list so that you don't miss out on any important information we may send.
